Eric Garcia has no doubts Manchester City defender Aymeric Laporte would be a great addition for Barcelona.
Garcia and Sergio Aguero have left City for Barca and Laporte is being linked with a similar switch.
Garcia said of his Spain teammate: “We are focused on the Euro, but if he comes with us, he is obviously a great player.
“He has a spectacular ball release, a left foot that I have rarely seen in a central defender and a winning attitude which is very important in the world of football.”
Garcia and Aguero’s deals with Barca will be formalised at the end of the month when their contracts with City expire.
