Man Utd striker Rashford leaves door open to Real Madrid, Barcelona

Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford has opened the door to a future move to LaLiga.

Rashford admits he enjoys watching Real Madrid and Barcelona.

“I would never say no,” he said on the possibility of playing in another country.

He was then asked his ideal club: “Other than United? I’m a big fan of Real Madrid and Barcelona, because they’ve always had great players and played attractive football. Everybody watches Real Madrid and Barcelona.”

Rashford also admitted in the interview that he wants to learn Spanish and Italian, but for his own personal development rather than in preparation for a transfer.

He also told the Guardian: “When I was growing up, learning a language wasn’t deemed important in school. There wasn’t that expectation on you.

“Football has given me the opportunity to travel to different countries, and you have certain countries you like and want to learn more about, and learning a language is definitely a part of that.”
