Barcelona coach Ernesto Valverde is delighted with the form of summer signing Frenkie de Jong.
The midfielder is in his first season at Barca and has quickly established himself in Valverde’s starting XI.
After victory over Celta Vigo, the coach said: “I’m not surprised by his adaptation, because he’s a great player and he has great strength.
“He overflows the lines and when he takes his position, it is difficult to pass.
“He will have to rest one day, but at the moment he is important for us.”
