Departing Real Betis coach Setien admits Barcelona ambitions

Departing Real Betis coach Quique Setien admits he’d like to work at Barcelona.

Setien said he would love to coach Barça, who his Betis side beat 4-3 at Camp Nou, in the future.

“I am sad in one way because the reality is that I am not sure if it’s a little unfair what has happened, but it is what it is, this is football,” he said.

“I find it disappointing that the work we have done over these two years, which I think has been acceptable, will not have continuity.”

Setien assured that “of course” he would like to train Barça in the future but said he would not take over at Sevilla, Betis’ local rivals.
