TRANSFER TRACKER STATUS: Report
Last week Toronto FC saw a Sebastian Giovinco-sized hole open up in their attacking corps, and a new report out of Argentina suggests that the Reds may be seeking a solution, even if only a stopgap, in that country.
Jonathan Menendez is the player in question, a striker on the books at Independiente in the Argentine top flight. Menendez, 24, recently returned from a loan spell at Al-Rayyan SC in Qatar ahead of schedule after finding limited playing time, and in his estimation, low odds of a permanent move.
