The Mail have reported that PSG have also made a bid for Chelsea’s Willian as well as a move for £350,000-a-week Ozil.

The moneybags Ligue 1 club are looking to bring in reinforcements in their attack with Neymar out for around ten weeks with a foot injury.
But Arsenal would be unlikely to let Ozil go as they scrap for a top-four place.
