Paris Saint-Germain will be looking to pick up from where they left off before the international break when 13th-placed Amiens come to the French capital.
The French champions routed Lyon 5-0 thanks to four goals in 13 minutes from Kylian Mbappe to maintain their eight-point gap at the top of the Ligue 1 table.
Amiens have had a positive run of a form after a stuttering start, with wins against Rennes and Dijon coming in their last three matches. Follow the live action below.
Kick-off in Turin between Juventus and Genoa is just five minutes away. A reminder of those teams for you….
45 min: PSG 2-0 Amiens
It should be three! PSG break down the left and Juan Bernat’s cross finds Cavani with the goal gaping.
However, he fails to direct the volley on target and that just about keeps Amiens in it.
41 min: PSG 1-0 Amiens
PSG continue to look in control but Amiens have been given a bit of sniff by the home defence.
The visitors manage to carve out an opportunity, but the resulting effort from Saman Ghoddos is deflected behind by his own player, Juan Ferney Otero.
34 min: PSG 1-0 Amiens
Edinson Cavani and Angel di Maria are the only players in PSG’s XI today over the age of 25, and the South American duo nearly combine to double the hosts’ lead, but Gurtner parries the Uruguayan’s header from a corner away from danger.
31 min: PSG 1-0 Amiens
Thilo Kehrer has seen his centre-back partner open the scoring, and the German attempts to get in on the act.
However, his long-range effort goes well over Gurtner’s bar.
28 min: PSG 1-0 Amiens
Things have slightly mellowed from PSG after their dominant start, and that has offered a couple of chances to Amiens.
The second of those opportunities falls to Oualid El Hajjam, but he fires well wide of Alphonse Areola’s goal.
21 min: PSG 1-0 Amiens
Di Maria is in the thick of the action at the moment, but he is denied a goal of his own after Gurtner clings on to his deflected shot.
18min: PSG 1-0 Amiens
The hosts look like they can get behind the Amiens defence at any moment, with Regis Gurtner having to come out to prevent Kylian Mbappe from latching onto a Di Maria through-ball.
7 min: PSG 0-0 Amiens
No surprise, but the hosts have dominated the majority of the ball so far. Midfielder Christopher Nkunku has been deployed at right-back by Thomas Tuchel in one of five changes from Lyon, and he has been able to get forward a lot so far.

It’s a big game for…
Juan Bernat – Despite the glamorous scoreline against Lyon, the hosts did look unconvincing in defence at times and it was partly due to the tough night the Spaniard endured on the left-hand side. The 25-year-old was also scolded by Bayern Munich president Uli Hoeness, who stated that the left-back was sold to PSG after his dismal performance for them in their Champions League first-leg defeat to Sevilla, and he will therefore need to bounce back after an unsettled couple of weeks.
Remember when…
Paris Saint-Germain had long regained the title before their trip to Amiens last season but it was a significant fixture for the hosts. Moussa Konate’s double saw Amiens come from behind twice to take a point off Unai Emery’s side and guarantee their status as a Ligue 1 side, but PSG got a glimpse of Christopher Nkunku’s ability with this wonderful finish.
Player to watch…
Kylian Mbappe – The 19-year-old has made the headlines in two of the last three games he has competed in after his monumental impact. His flurry of goals in between the 61st and 74th minute against Lyon was the first four-goal haul of his career, and four days later he came off the bench to rescue a draw for his nation France against Iceland.
