Barcelona coach Xavi is tightlipped on keeping Joao Felix.
Felix has spent the season on-loan from Atletico Madrid with a fee to make the deal permanent yet to be negotiated.
Xavi said today: “He has helped us a lot and his numbers are good. But he has competition. Raphinha, Lewandowski and Lamine are at a good level. And that goes for Ferran and Vitor. But he has been important and he has to be until the end of the season.”
Xavi also commented on Ronald Araujo‘s new contract talks.
He said, “I speak very often. Today we talked, in fact. He knows exactly what I think of him and I always try to speak honestly. For my part, it is clear. And he is happy here.”
