Osasuna president Luis Sabalza hopes to re-sign Ez Abde before the summer market shuts.
While Barcelona management are reluctant to sell the winger, they may be forced to given the club’s delicate financial situation.
Waiting in the wings are Osasuna, where Abde enjoyed career best form last season.
Sabalza said: “If Barcelona sell him it will be difficult.
“But if he gives up part of his salary then we have a good chance (of re-signing him).”
