Barcelona winger Raphinha has confessed admiration for Arsenal.
The Brazilian’s latest revelation has excited and annoyed Arsenal followers in equal measures.
The Gunners finally landed an alternative to widemen Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli by capturing Brighton’s Leandro Trossard shortly before the January deadline.
But asked which clubs he admires, Raphinha replied: “A team I like outside of Spain? Arsenal & PSG.”
That split Arsenal followers – between those who’d love to see the former Premier League hit at the Emirates, and those who feel he would not be welcome as he “snubbed them” last month.
