The agent of Enner Valencia has confirmed contact with Barcelona last month.
The Ecuador captain is currently with Fenerbahce.
Gonzalo Vargas, Valencia‘s agent, confirmed talks in January with Barcelona.
“It was wonderful news, which however didn’t last long.
“There was an approach but things didn’t go as we expected. But the mere fact of being on Barca’s radar fills us with pride,” he told MachDeportes.
