Manchester City great Yaya Toure is seeking a first management job.
Toure has been turned away by Romanian side Sepsi Sf. Gheorghe.
The club, who are currently 12th in the Romanian Premier League with just one win from 11 games, are seemingly uninterested.
Romanian football journalist Emanuel Rosu revealed via Twitter: “Yaya Toure offered his managerial services to Sepsi Sf. Gheorghe in the Romanian top flight.
“The club’s bosses are hesitating, as they want someone with a proven record in the Romanian top flight.
“Christian Panucci and Walter Zenga were both offered through agents to Sepsi.”
Toure is currently assistant coach at Russian club Akhmat Grozny.
