AndNTV Spor claims Barca are putting in a €40 million bid to sign the centre-back.
The Catalan giants want to strengthen their back four ahead of next season, and Söyüncü may want a move to a Champions League club.
It is unclear if Leicester would sell for such a low price, considering they got more than €80 million from Manchester United for Harry Maguire a year ago.
