Arsenal and Chelsea expect Barcelona to make Samuel Umtiti available for a cut-price fee this summer.
The Daily Express says Arsenal and Chelsea are set to battle it out for the signing of Umtiti, and the Catalan giants are expecting both to make bids in excess of £26million.
Barca were previously asking for upwards of £35m for the Frenchman, but have dropped their valuation
Umtiti is one of many players Barcelona are expecting to lose this summer.
