Barcelona coach Quique Setien needs to win the Champions League to be sure of being in charge next season.
That’s according to Okdiario’s chief pundit Eduardo Inda, while speaking on El Chiringuito.
Inda revealed: “The Board thinks it was a mistake to have dispensed with (Ernesto) Valverde to bring Setién.
“Even if the League is won, if the European Cup is not won, Quique Setien will not continue.”
Indeed, Okdiario says a new dream-team is being discussed inside the boardroom for next season. Should Setien be axed, Barca chiefs would favour replacing him with Holland coach Ronald Koeman – with Xavi, currently in charge of Al Sadd, his assistant.
