Manchester United and Barcelona are in contact with RB Leipzig striker Timo Werner.
Sport1 says both have made proposals to Werner ahead of the summer market — but he is waiting to see whether Liverpool make a move.
Werner is understood to be a target for Jurgen Klopp‘s side as they look to rejuvenate their squad in the summer window, although he is also coveted by a number of the top teams in Europe.
He made it clear last week after he helped RB Leipzig to a win over Spurs that he was keen to move there.
It has long been claimed he has a £51million release clause in his deal but according to Sport1 he is actually available for £30m.
