Former Real Madrid star David Beckham wants to tempt Barcelona captain Lionel Messi to his new MLS franchise.
Beckham is still seeking a big name signing for Inter Miami and is turning to the LaLiga to fulfill his plans.
That’s according to Okdiario’s chief pundit Eduardo Inda, while speaking on El Chiringuito.
“Beckham would like to have Sergio Ramos (Real Madrid) and Gerard Piqué (Barcelona) for Inter Miami,” declared Inda.
“Another player who has been raised is Leo Messi.”
Messi can walk out on Barca for nothing at the end of this season courtesy of a break clause in his current contract. And tension between the players and current board has let to speculation that the midfielder is seriously considering his options.
