Real Mallorca boss Vicente Moreno took aim at Barcelona captain Lionel Messi after Saturday’s 5-2 defeat.
At the time of Ante Budimir’s first goal, Messi was caught from behind near the Mallorca technical area.
While the Argentine was seemingly asking for a yellow card, Moreno had some words of his own for the Barcelona captain.
After the game, Moreno spoke about the incident.
“There are some players who are in a bubble and you can’t reason with them,” he said.
“He’s a different player in some respects and then in other ways he is a person just like any other and has to be treated as such.
“The referee was telling him it wasn’t a foul and he didn’t see it that way.
“There’s no need to place more importance on it than that.”
