Girona coach Michel insists he sees himself with the club next season.
Michel has been linked with Liverpool, Bayern Munich and Barcelona.
But he told Esport3: “I am a better coach thanks to this club.
“Quique Cárcel and the club have made my job very happy, in other teams I have had more problems. I have a contract and I feel very good. I think I will continue here. I am convinced.”
On Girona‘s season plans, Michel also said: “The dream continues, but the need to win every match is not our need. The team is experiencing a historic season. When Barça and Madrid don’t win it’s a problem, I hope that’s not the case with Girona.
“If we don’t lose against Athletic we’ll be in a great position, but I think we’ll more or less have to score 73-75 points to get into the Champions League.”
