Real Betis midfielder Isco admitted frustration after defeat to Barcelona.
Isco scored twice in Sunday’s 4-2 defeat.
He later said: “We saw that they made it 2-3 in the 90th minute and we went to try to tie no matter what. In a counterattack they caught us and 2-4 was already too much.
“In the first half we lacked a little intensity to recover the ball, they easily passed the line of pressure against us. In the second we changed that, we stole higher, we did damage. We had good transitions, but they caught us in the 2-3 which hurt us a lot.
“The team has done well, but we leave with zero points.
“Grateful for the love of the fans, sad because the team has done well to take at least one point.
“It couldn’t be, there is no choice but to keep working and with the attitude of the second half we will do things well until the end of the season.”
