Barcelona president Joan Laporta is standing by coach Xavi.
While unhappy with dismal defeats to Girona and Antwerp this week, Laporta retains full confidence in Xavi, says Sport.
At Barça, they insist Xavi has enough credit to move this situation forward and today there is no ultimatum on the table or anything similar.
However, in January the situation will be assessed, though the hope is that the crisis will be behind them.
Barça haves already publicly supported Xavi. The level of trust has not changed. “Nothing changes with Xavi”, says a club source.
