Girona striker Portu says they’ll face Barcelona this weekend full of confidence this weekend.
The Catalan derby marks a top of the table clash for the two teams.
Portu said: “I don’t have a magic ball, but what I am going to say is that this team is going full strength, it doesn’t look where it plays or against who. Let’s go play our game.
“The coach will go to the death with his ideas, which is to attack and the team is going to give up its life as it has been doing in these last few games.”
Portu was speaking after their Copa del Rey win at Orihuela.
He added: “The table says that we are very even. We are above right now and if we are like this on matchday 15 it is because we are doing well. The team responds well and we don’t have to be afraid of Barça. We are going to go to Montjuïc to play one on one and whoever can be best.”
