Barcelona midfielder Ilkay Gundogan turned on his teammates after defeat at home to Real Madrid.
Gundogan opened the scoring before Jude Bellingham scored twice to see Real to victory.
Former Manchester City captain Gundogan later fumed: “I want to be sincere, but without exaggerating, because I don’t want to say something I shouldn’t.
“I come from the locker room and, obviously, people are disappointed. However, after a great game and a negative result, I would like to see more anger and disappointment.
“And that’s part of the problem. There has to be more emotion when you lose. And when we know that we can play better and do better in certain situations. And you don’t react.
“This carries over to the field. We have to take a big step forward in this direction. If we don’t do it, Real Madrid and even Girona will escape. I didn’t come to Barcelona to lose these types of games or to allow these holes to open up.
“I also have a responsibility, as an experienced player, not to allow the team to think like that. We need resilience.”
