Alejandro Balde is returning to Barcelona after being injured with Spain.
The Barca wing-back was forced off at halftime of La Roja’s Euros qualifying win against Scotland last night.
It’s since been confirmed Balde has suffered an adductor strain and is being released from the Spain squad.
After the match, Spain coach Luis de la Fuente confirmed Balde was leaving the training camp, stating that “he will not travel to Norway and will return to Barça”.
A statement put out by the Spanish Federation explains that he suffers “discomfort in the adductors”.
