Robert Lewandowski is hopeful of being fit for Barcelona‘s clash with Real Madrid.
The first El Clasico of the season will be held on October 28, with Lewandowski battling to recover from ankle ligament damage.
But he said, “From Wednesday to Friday I rested, then I started rehabilitation.
“I rested my leg for 7-10 days. This is the most important moment but it we’ll know more next week. It looks better than we thought.
“There’s no return date, it all depends on how the leg reacts. If I’m not fit, I won’t push.”
