The two giants are not on good terms after a summer that saw City try to sign three of Barca’s young stars.
The Catalan giants did business with City, signing Ilkay Gundogan on a free transfer.
They also secured Joao Cancelo on loan on deadline day, but were unable to convince City to sell Bernardo Silva.
However, according to Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona president Joan Laporta is not happy with City.
