Tottenham are hoping to finalize a deal to sign Clement Lenglet permanently.
The French center back was on loan at the North London club under Antonio Conte last season.
While new boss Ange Postecoglou is planning a more offensive style of play, Lenglet is still seen as valuable.
Per Sport in Spain, Barcelona are ready to do a deal with Spurs for a relatively low fee.
The Catalans will accept a paltry £9 million for Lenglet, who they had wanted to sell for a much higher sum.
Spurs are the only club to come in with serious interest for Lenglet, which has led to the lower price.
