Cesc Fabregas has announced his retirement after ending the season with Serie B Como.
The former Arsenal, Barcelona and Chelsea midfielder completed the season with Como, where he is also a shareholder.
Fabregas is keen to pursue a coaching career and retires with year left on his Como contract.
It is with great sadness that the time has come for me to hang up my playing boots.
