Barcelona president Joan Laporta has again insisted on their innocence over the Negreira Case.
Both Spanish and UEFA authorities are investigating Barca over their relationship with former refs chief Jose Maria Enriquez Negreira.
After seeing Barca confirmed LaLiga champions last night, Laporta said: “It has already become clear that we have never influenced the referees, much less bought them.
“We will be accredited in the judicial process. It has been an attempted campaign to smear the club that has failed again. No one from the club was enriched by this issue.
“I am summoned as a witness, others as implicated. I went to visit (UEFA president Alexander) Ceferin because he wanted everything to be clear to him from my own mouth.
“But I am convinced that it is no coincidence that all this has come out now. There have been a number of interests, but they won’t get away with it.”
