Liverpool midfielder Thiago Alcantara is being linked with a return to Barcelona.
Thiago played with Barca coach Xavi and went on to make 101 senior appearances before leaving for Bayern Munich in 2013.
He played in Germany for seven years, winning seven Bundesliga titles and the Champions League with Bayern, before joining Liverpool in 2020.
The Spain international has spent two months on the sidelines with a hip injury and last featured for Jurgen Klopp‘s side in February.
Thiago, 31, is joined on Barca’s shopping list by Dani Olmo (RB Leipzig), Xavi Simons (PSV), Arnau Martinez (Girona) and Sergio Gomez (Manchester City), according to Diario AS. All five players are La Masia graduates.
