Any chance of Clement Lenglet staying with Tottenham is dependent on manager Antonio Conte‘s future.
The France defender is on-loan at Spurs from Barcelona with a permanent option of €18m.
While he hasn’t been a regular, the Frenchman is a valued member of the Spurs squad.
Sport says Lenglet is admired by Conte, but won’t be kept on if the Italian departs when his contract expires in June.
Returning to Barca would see the defender in limbo as he’s not in the plans of coach Xavi.
