Barcelona are eyeing Borussia Dortmund defender Thomas Meunier.

He could leave Dortmund at a very affordable price, he is the ideal age to give two years of good performance, he wants to come and both the sporting and personal reports are excellent.
Barca coach Xavi has concerns about his fullback options and Meunier is considered a serious solution.
