The Morocco international has been outstanding for Osasuna this season, where he is on-loan from Barcelona.
Sport says Chelsea scouts have been following Abde’s progress.
However, Barca intend to have Abde take part in preseason this summer before making a decision on his next move.
Osasuna, meanwhile, hope to extend the winger’s loan into a new season.
