Man Utd encouraged as RB Leipzig open talks with Olmo about new deal

RB Leipzig are pushing to extend Dani Olmo‘s contract – with the aim to sell.

The current agreement expires in the summer of 2024.

An according to BILD football Christian Falk, an extension could open the way for a move.

Namely, it’s expected a buyout clause will be written into the contract for €70-75m.

According to Falk, it could open up a summer move, and Manchester United are showing interest in the Spain international.

Olmo has long been linked with return to Barcelona, where he came through the La Masia academy before leaving for Dinamo Zagreb.
