Barcelona are targeting Maccabi Tel Aviv midfielder Oscar Gloukh.

The talented player drew attention during the U19 Euros and was rated as one of the pearls of the tournament. Various clubs like Monaco and Borussia Dortmund have started taking a look at him, but Barca’s arrival has stopped them in their tracks.
The Catalans have a good relation with Maccabi and that will make things easier.
