Barcelona defender Sergi Roberto has slammed the match officials after their Champions League defeat at Inter Milan.
Barca lost 1-0 as they were denied a Pedri goal by a handball and also denied a penalty when Denzel Dumfries appeared to handle the ball inside the Inter Milan penalty area.
Roberto fumed: “They took away a goal from us in an identical play. They call us for a hand and then they don’t signal the same play. That’s why I’m angry and for not getting the victory.
“Every year they change. Neither the players nor themselves know what they are calling, I don’t understand it.
“By winning here and at the Camp Nou we had the qualification. It’s an opportunity that we lost here but we have another game at home in a week. We knew that by winning here and then at home we would have qualified. At Camp Nou we are going to take it forward.”
