United States international Sergino Dest is open to leaving Barcelona for Manchester United.
The former Ajax right-back is surplus to requirements at the Catalan giants.
However, United are considering a move if they can transfer or loan out Aaron Wan-Bissaka before the transfer window closes this week.
According to ESPN, there are several factors that will determine if the transfer happens.
Dest is 21, but he will not move to Old Trafford unless they lose Wan-Bissaka.
A swap deal was mooted between the clubs, but Barca are not interested in the English defender.
Barca also want to secure around €20 million for Dest, but a loan with an option or obligation to buy is a possibility.
