Sport says Villa are willing to listen to Brighton’s offer as they seek funds for Philippe Coutinho.
Coutinho is on-loan at Villa from Barcelona and a permanent deal is a priority.
As such, Villa would be willing to sacrifice Ings to keep hold of their star Brazilian.
