Barcelona are struggling to convince Ousmane Dembele to settle on a new deal.
The France attacker comes off contract in June and Barca are attempting to secure him to a new deal.
However, Dembele also has offers from England – and which far outstrip what Barca have so far tabled, says TV3.
Newcastle and Manchester United are both in contact with Dembele’s agent, Moussa Sissoko.
For their part, Barca president Joan Laporta has made it clear to Sissoko they won’t consider an auction to keep hold of Dembele and insist the current offer is the last.
