Neto, who was linked with a move to Everton during the summer, is keen to leave the Nou Camp and could sign for the Blues.
Neto has made just two appearances for Barcelona this season, having acted as a deputy for first-choice stopper Marc-Andre ter Stegen.
The Brazilian is open to leaving Barca next month.
