Liverpool and Manchester City are interested in Arminia Bielefeld signing Burak Ince.
The 17 year-old will join Arminia in January from Altinordu FK.
Sport says Liverpool, City and Barcelona will all watch the teen as he seeks to establish himself in Germany.
He said, “I have a dream, like any child, and that is to play for Barcelona. I have been watching Barça since I was a child and I am a big fan of Leo Messi.
“Currently I watch Hakim Ziyech and Riyad Mahrez matches because I think they are players who play a style of football similar to mine.”
