Brentford boss Thomas Frank has continued to talk up Christian Norgaard.
Having likened Norgaard to Liverpool ace Fabinho, he’s now compared the Dane to Barcelona captain Sergi Busquets.
“I think Christian Nørgaard is an excellent football player, and he has really grown. He always delivers at a high level and does well on the national team,” said Frank.
“I think he has some of the qualities needed to play at the top level in that position. So a bit like Fabinho or Busquets, and I know it’s big, big names to compare with, but he’s hugely calm, plays balls forward and shuts down these famous conversions.
“That’s why I think sometimes the difference between players is not so great. I think Christian is great.”
