Real Madrid great Guti says he’d take the Barcelona job.
Koeman is expected to be out of job soon, and a loss to Atletico Madrid this weekend could see the trigger pulled on the Dutchman.
“Would I coach Barcelona? Why not,” Guti said as LaLiga’s ambassadors were presented in Madrid on Friday. “I’m available. I want to show the world that I have what it takes to coach.”
Speaking at the same event, former Barcelona and Real Madrid forward Samuel Eto’o highlighted the importance of the game against Los Colchoneros.
“The most important thing for Barcelona now is the game,” Eto’o said. “Let’s not kill them ahead of it, they are very much alive.”
