Barcelona striker Memphis Depay is delighted with the way he’s begun his LaLiga career.
Depay scored in victory over Getafe on Sunday.
“Not even in my wildest dreams could I imagine my name being chanted at Camp Nou,” said Depay, who signed on a free transfer from Lyon.
He added: “I am really satisfied because my goal allowed us to pick up three important points. But it’s still a bittersweet feeling, not like in Bilbao, where we dropped points, but because I think Barça can play better.
“We could lose these three points. It was important to get the win today before the international break and to keep growing.”
