Harry Kane misses out again for Tottenham, with the England captain yet to return to training, but Giovani Lo Celso and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg are now back in the fold after extended breaks. In Kane’s absence, Son Heung-Min, Lucas Moura and Dele Alli all found the net in both of the club’s friendly wins over Colchester United and MK Dons – that attacking triumverate are included at the Bridge by new boss Nuno Espirito Santo.

Euro 2020 winners Jorginho and Emerson both rejoined the Chelsea squad this week, while Mason Mount and Thiago Silva have reported back for pre-season training too. None, though, are yet ready to start.

The three clubs will each host one fixture at their home stadium, with £5 from each ticket being donated to mental health charity Mind and the Chelsea Foundation after this game.

These fierce capital city rivals continue to warm up for their upcoming Premier League campaigns by joining Arsenal in a new mini-tournament – the Mind Series – which kicked off last Sunday, when Chelsea beat the Gunners in a pulsating encounter at Emirates Stadium.

The European champions are parading the Champions League trophy in front of their home fans and expect a near-capacity crowd.
