Tottenham face competition from Wolves for Juventus midfielder Aaron Ramsey.
Juve are determined to find a buyer for the Arsenal star this summer.
Sport says Tottenham are highly interested in bringing him back to North London, despite his status at fierce rivals Arsenal.
But they are facing a challenge from fellow Premier League side Wolves, with negotiations between both of the interested clubs said to be “well-advanced”.
Though Spurs and Wolves appear to be the frontrunners, it appears any deal will have to wait until Juve can sign a replacement.
That replacement is Barcelona outcast Miralem Pjanic, who has failed to settle at the Nou Camp.
Juve are keen to bring him back to Turin in a move which has been “directly endorsed” by manager Max Allegri.
The Spanish news organisation claim that Pjanic has been given the “facilities” to return to Turin in the form of a salary cut.
Juventus have asked for time while they sort out Ramsey’s situation before they try to bring Pjanic back.
