Riqui Puig has declared former Barcelona coach Quique Setien as his favourite.
The pair only had six months together before Setien was sacked, but Puig says he appreciated the support he was given by the former Real Betis coach.
Puig said, “I think that because of the way he understands football and how he treated me, Setién. He was very close to me, he helped me a lot and I learned a lot from him.”
Asked if he had to choose, which club would he leave Barca for, Puig also said: “Because of the style of play and because it has a coach who understands football like me, Manchester City.
“But at the moment I am very well in Barcelona and at Barça and I am not planning to leave.”
