Manchester United and Manchester City are watching Ilaix Moriba’s new contract talks with Barcelona closely.
With his current deal running down next year, there was an expectation the young midfielder would have signed new terms by now.
However, RAC1 says negotiations have hit a deadlock, with Ilaix’s personal terms proving too rich for Barca’s new administration.
Barca have informed Ilaix’s management team they must revise their demands for the youngster to stay.
As such, United and City are watching developments closely and are ready to pounce should Barca choose to sell this summer.
