Barcelona president Joan Laporta wants to make a senior striker signing this summer.
Mundo Deportivo says after Neymar’s decision to commit to a new deal with PSG, Laporta is ready to look elsewhere for a new attacking signing.
High on his shortlist is Borussia Dortmund ace Erling Haaland.
Indeed, despite BVB’s valuation, Laporta would be willing to negotiate a deal for the Norway international, having already met with his agent Mino Raiola and father Alf-Inge over the last month.
If Haaland proves out of reach, however, Laporta still has two alternatives.
Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero and Lyon’s Memphis Depay, both off contract next month, remain serious options for Barca.
