Barcelona superkid Ansu Fati is set for more knee surgery this week.
Mundo Deportivo says after visiting three knee specialists, it was decided on Sunday for Ansu to undergo a new knee operation on Thursday. The new surgery, it is hoped, will right the problems Ansu has encountered since suffering the injury originally in November.
The intention is to put an end to Ansu’s meniscus problems. One of the plausible options is a meniscectomy or partial removal of the meniscus.
What is expected is that after this operation the Barca forward’s time off will be about two months, so expectations are he’ll be fit for the start of preseason.
